Exchanges and Returns

We accept returns for manufacturing defects or order errors within 7 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The return shipping cost may be the customer's responsibility unless the error was made by RelaxClub or the supplier. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. To initiate the process, contact our support team, who will provide all necessary instructions.
