Refund Policy

We accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what was advertised. To initiate the process, contact our support team with photos/videos of the issue. The refund will be processed after the return is approved and may take 5 to 10 business days to be completed. Refunds are not issued for products that have been used or damaged due to misuse. If the order is still in transit, the refund will only be processed after the product is returned to the sender.
